Privacy Policy
In this policy, “us”, “we”, or “our” means Nick Grentell Web & I.T., providing web design, information technology services, and software application development.
We are bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (subject to any exemptions that apply to us under that Act).
We may, from time to time, review and update this privacy policy to account for new or amended laws, new technology, and changes to our operations. All personal information held by us will be governed by the most recently updated policy.
1. Information We Collect
The personal information we collect falls into four categories: contact details, click trails, activity history, and publishable content.
Contact Details are collected as supplied by you from time to time through our websites, applications, or direct communication. We do not store usable credit card information. Where a record is required, we entrust credit card details to our payment gateway and store only the last few digits and expiry date solely for identity confirmation and forewarning of expiry.
Click Trails record the paths taken by visitors through our websites and applications. This information is generally recorded against an IP address.
Activity History consists of orders, enquiries, support requests, and any other interactions submitted via our websites or applications, or through offline contact such as phone calls or email.
Publishable Content consists of comments, testimonials, or other content submissions you would like us to publish.
Location Data may be collected by applications we develop and operate where location services are required to deliver core functionality. Where location data is collected, it is used only for the purpose for which the application was designed. Users may enable or disable location access at any time through their device settings. Disabling location access may limit certain application functionality.
2. How We Collect It
Contact details and publishable content are collected when supplied by you via our websites, applications, or directly to us by other means.

- The date and time of your visit or session
- Your IP address
